Plan one week of business content in 20 minutes

Turn real customer questions into a useful, realistic posting schedule.

Start with a small real task. Use the steps below, inspect the output, and make the result your own.

Start with questions real customers ask

Think of the last ten conversations you had with customers. What did they misunderstand? What did they ask about price, timing or process? That gives you better raw material than a list of generic trending topics.

Generate a one-week plan

COPY-READY PROMPT
I run a [type of business] for [ideal customer]. My three most common customer questions are [questions]. Build a seven-day organic content plan. Use two short videos, two useful posts, one behind-the-scenes idea, one customer FAQ, and one personal story. For each, include a specific hook, what to show, and the practical takeaway. I have [minutes] per day. Avoid false claims and hard-sell language.

Choose what you can actually film

  1. Remove any suggestion that requires new equipment or a large production.
  2. Record the two most useful videos in one session using your phone.
  3. Turn each into a short written guide on your site.
  4. Give every social post a relevant link or reason to subscribe, not a vague “link in bio.”

A simple test

For four weeks, track saves, replies, profile visits and clicks to the related guide. A video with fewer views can still be more valuable if the right customers act on it.
